With respect to patent litigation, we have handled all aspects of patent disputes – from initial pre-suit negotiations to discovery to IPRs to conducting Markman claim construction hearings to trying cases to decision and representing clients before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Additionally, as we understand the cost and time concerns associated with litigation, we communicate with clients about alternative resolutions that still enable them to accomplish their objectives.
